FALSE ADVERTISING Front desk girls were very kind, this was not their fault. However, the website says get a free spray tan (try before you buy). After driving all the way over there, turns out you have to sign up for their monthly membership FIRST. I went back and forth with one of the girls at the front desk trying to understand if I would be charged or not. One said I wouldn’t be. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! They practically force you to buy 200.00 worth of tanning products to open a membership. They did this to my 18 year old who has sensitive skin and doesn’t use lotions. 5 minutes after she bought it- after talking to me and me reaching out to their online chat who advised she did NOT HAVE TO PURCHASE THE LOTIONS- she went back to the associate and said she wanted to return due to this not being accurate. Consistent false advertising, horrible customer service, bad products. DO NOT GO HERE! They WILL scam you and make the process to do something about it incredibly hard and long (not to mention inconsistent info regarding horrible customer service and employees, products and returns. Still waiting on glo to actually do something about my claims 2 weeks later.
I have been patiently waiting for this location to open and was able to get signed up today. I walked in after closing but the girls were more than happy to still assist me with signing up and showing me around. This is a beautiful, upscale, clean salon with so much to offer. I cancelled my membership with their competitor and I believe it was well Worth it.
FALSE ADVERTISING! Received this mailer and brought it into the salon. It literally says on here “NO CATCH. NO FEE. JUST FREE.” I even called their guest services number before driving 20 minutes to confirm that it’s free and they confirmed. When I walked into the salon, the front desk person said that in order to redeem this mailer, you have to pay up front for May and you cannot cancel. So there’s the catch!
