I have been patiently waiting for this location to open and was able to get signed up today. I walked in after closing but the girls were more than happy to still assist me with signing up and showing me around. This is a beautiful, upscale, clean salon with so much to offer. I cancelled my membership with their competitor and I believe it was well Worth it.
I’m not so sure about some of the previous experiences listed as I was able to use my free year mailer with no problems. The staff was nice and really knew their stuff. It’s a little busy sometimes maybe because it’s newer but so far I have enjoyed my visits
FALSE ADVERTISING! Received this mailer and brought it into the salon. It literally says on here “NO CATCH. NO FEE. JUST FREE.” I even called their guest services number before driving 20 minutes to confirm that it’s free and they confirmed. When I walked into the salon, the front desk person said that in order to redeem this mailer, you have to pay up front for May and you cannot cancel. So there’s the catch! Overall really nice place, love it. Only downside is very slow.. probably because they just opened but hopefully it will flow better in the future! Staff is extremely friendly, and place is clean!
I love this location so much. I have been coming since the store open and the girls have been nothing but nice and super helpful. I look forward to continuing my services here.
