Today was my first time at paradise tan. A young woman named Dana helped me, I believe she was the owner. What a great young woman and a great experience! She made me feel so comfortable after a spray tan gone wrong. My spray tan came out gorgeous and I feel ready to go back to ny and make all my northern friends jealous! Great service and great time overall! Definitely will be coming back again!
Love the girl that works her I believe her was Dana. She is so nice and friendly and welcoming. she very approachable. She helped me get a little glow to my skin so my my body looks more defined and pops out my abs. And sells great makeups too that covers my blemishes and flaws. Very high quality that is her own brand Dz cosmetics. Thank you
i have no idea what MR. C is talking about. this is the cleanest, most personable tanning salon this side of the Mississippi. It is a small company that is succeeding in all they do and/or put their mind to. i am so shocked anyone would have anything negative to say. I would have to say if you went for over 2 years you realized prices change and advertisements do expire. I been going to this salon as long as it has been around and NEVER been dissappointed or had ANY problems with anyone or anything

Awesome place to go tanning... I personally don't tan because I'm already naturally tanned. However, my wife that's "white" or super light skinned for a Cuban/ Puertorican woman. Also, several of the models & athletes that I photograph also get their tanning done at paradise! The paradise tanning owner & staff are super friendly and always on their game!!! Great place and will go again for versa spray tan but when I went they only had 1 worker and she was in the middle of spraying someone when customers were coming in. I suggest they have at least 2 employees. Overall, she was polite and I came out with a great tan.
I have been coming to tan here since it was paradise tan, very friendly place. The upsell is very much overkill, by the time I leave there to tan after paying my membership I also dump another 25 bucks to tan for the day..!!! I went in today to do a stand up tan and have never had an issue with not seeing an instant tan. Today after I left, I noticed I did not look any tanner then when I walked in the door..NO tan lines at all.!!. And to confirm there was no smell to the spray solution which I know is a very strong smell. ... read more

I have a membership here and this was the first time I had an issue with the place feeling in disarray. I would be happy to adjust my rating if the manager wants to communicate as the customer service line is terrible ( off site ) I bc went in for a spray tan and keep in mind everything is an upgrade. Your monthly service charge doesn't cover it all. I paid for upgrades. The lotion bottle was completely empty, which is for use on hands feet elbows, etc. no baby wipes no hair ties and top it off the towel. That's on the floor... read more

Beware this company. I have a membership but recently asked to pay cash for a product. I was also double charged by this company using my card on file. I came in the next day asking to speak to the manager and I contacted customer service. The customer service department told me to keep my lines open, I waited around all day with nothing. This experience and treatment I've received has been awful. Very disappointing
