I arrived at the Glo tan on 4th St Pete at 1010am. Doors are supposed to to be open at 10 and no was was there. I checked the internet and they said they were open today at 10 so I drove in to find there was no one at the location! Very disappointing to make the drive here and to find the doors locked. Front door sign said they are open today from 10 to 6. I don't use my membership that much, but this makes me want to cancel my membership for this lack of customer service and lack of diligence to have someone at the store... read more

I want to start by saying I have been coming here almost two years and have always been happy with the service. I went today and it is not uncommon to see new faces behind the counter, but the 2 that were there. This morning around 10:30, we're absolutely no personality at all. I like the options they have but there cs is horrible, they canceled my membership right after I paid for the month, because they were having issues with the other account holder. Than when I said ok let me just be a member by myself they told me I had to pay a re enrolment fee , even though it was there mistake they canceled my member membership with out telling me??? Love the equipment but not sure I want to deal with that again
horrible customer service riley said i wouldn't fit in the tanning bed and i was super pale it also smelled like expired sunscreen and burnt lightbulbs
