Two times I have been here. 1st time the girl with dark hair was rude (after 5) and today at 3... girl was nice but 8 customers came in while I was waiting. She had nothing cleaned and everyone had to wait. Appeared she was alone. 2 people actually left. Not a great impression for a newbie

When I went in there I was VERY clear that I wanted a ONE time spray tan. After telling not one, not two people NO I did not want to sign up for all these "must have's" a third person literally jumped off the couch and started in on me about needing a monthly membership. Really???? NO means No!!!! I was so frustrated by that point and saying no wasn't getting thru to them, so I just said " Well, I thought this was going to be a quick in and out thing, I'll have to think about it. " and just left and I won't be returning.
