GLO is amazing and treats clients respectfully. I love this spa! They offer excellent customer service. Manager Nicky is phenomenal!! I have been tanning for years, I have never experienced a salon that offers what Glo Tanning offers! Starting in the steam pod, then a choice of red light machines, to a UV tan or spray tan! It is a beautiful store and smells amazing!! This place offers it all, and the staff are all so nice and knowledgeable! I am so glad I found this place!!
my first time ever getting a spray tan. i'm definitely not the conventional boulder sorority girl, i went to palm beach spray tan right before and they were rude to me and made me feel unwelcome and even ended up not taking my coupon. i came here instead and i felt so welcome. whoever the girl behind the counter was on 6/15 at around noon, with the pretty acrylic nails and the accent, was the nicest worker ever. she explained everything to me so well and could even tell when i was faking understanding. so so helpful and kind... read more
I've been going to GLO for about 3 months now. All the staff there treat me so well. Always helpful. I am a lifer at GLO. I have been on a journey of losing weight, changing my lifestyle so I will not gain the weight back. During my journey I found GLO online. Chatted with someone, went the next day and could not believe all the nice things you can do in one day. GLO knocked it out of the park. Helping my body and skin recover while losing weight. SCAM - predatory business practices on young women. My daughter was lured by the "free" spray tan and high pressured into a monthly membership she was told could be canceled. She cancelled in person last month and was just charged again this month.
the facility is nice. The only thing is the girls are very catty and always some sort of drama. i don't feel welcomed they always seem like they are judging you. They push lotions onto you that you don't want to buy. i Enjoyed going there for the time being but the girls make it not fun. Especially Mari she seems the one to have the most problems. She is cold and rude.

Maurie was the worst employee I've ever had the displeasure of working with. This was my first time at Glo and she was not only rude but unhelpful and genuinely incompetent at her job. She didn't explain a singular thing to me after knowing I was here for the first time and was so incredibly condescending that I decided to go to another business just in case she earns commission. DONT GO HERE!! And if you do, avoid Maurie at literally all costs she is so rude.
Scam- I came in on the 19th looking to do one session. I was told I'd be given the month free, I just needed to cancel by the first. I went to cancel 4 days later and was told I had to cancel by the 20th to not get charged $70 for another full month and then was given the option to "freeze" for $35. I literally just wanted to tan once, don't fall for this especially if you're a student you'll get locked into a crazy package that you can't even cancel in store you have to ask to cancel, then email them then play telephone tag... read more

DON'T BE FOOLED; I called to cancel my account and got the run-around. You know, it starts with "we can't do that here...you can contact this number..." So I called and got a bogus greeting stating they are "assisting other customers so I should leave my name & number," again, and assured a call back asap.
