I've been going to GLO for about 3 months now. All the staff there treat me so well. Always helpful. I am a lifer at GLO. I have been on a journey of losing weight, changing my lifestyle so I will not gain the weight back. During my journey I found GLO online. DON'T BE FOOLED; I called to cancel my account and got the run-around. You know, it starts with "we can't do that here...you can contact this number..." So I called and got a bogus greeting stating they are "assisting other customers so I should leave my name & number," again, and assured a call back asap. The recording suggested I reach out and talk with [a BOT] on line. I reached out, spoke with a bot. Results?? some of the staff is super nice and some of them absolutely clueless. In all of my four years of working at tanning salons i have never seen dirtier spray tanning machines which makes me even more nervous for the tanning beds... I can see the persons footprints before me in the spray tan machines which means it has not been wiped down. The floor was covered in solution and i almost slipped on the mat. Honestly not worth how cheap it is
