Great customer service Great customer service, although was not told on the phone about the required insurance. This was the call center, not the actual facility. Otherwise, I had a great experience and would recommend this company to anyone looking to store items.

Overall pretty good A couple of hiccups during check-in (kiosk didn’t give us the lock we paid for, trouble opening gate, etc), but otherwise a pretty easy process. Clean facility, good location, seems secure.
