I purchased a unit from this facility back in 2010. Each month I call in to pay my fee, and usually, the automated person comes on the phone, and I pay my bill. Sometimes, a person answers, and I just ask for the automated system. This particularly day Eric answered the phone. I was going to ask to be transferred to Megan, the automated system, but he was so lively, and genuinely nice, and happy, I decided to just allow him to do my bill. Ms Stacy Gore showed me my unit. Was very professional. Very cordial and polite. Explained everything to me throughly. I would recommend this facility(and have) anytime to anyone.
Staff is extremely friendly and hard-working. facility is very clean. Has new asphalt. storages inside are amazing. Best storage in Northwest Indiana.
We like the storage space. We have a large climate-controlled unit. The location is convenient/central to our service area.
