So far it's been easy. I use to be a finance manager in the automotive industry. I personally don't agree with admin. fees. I don't know when my rate is going to start going back up until it gets to where you usually charge, but if you didn't start raising the rate until the seventh month or later, I would not be surprised if you had a higher customer retention. As I said so far so good, but we will see what the future holds. Thank you
