Easy as can be Had no trouble selling my iphone 5s on Glyde. Just make sure you watch for the email notification of the sale -- the first one went into my spam box and I didn't see it, so the sale was voided. Second one was a success. Wiped my phone clean of anything stored there, put it in the convenient packaging, and mailed it. Got the check on schedule. Would do it again.

Good but room for improvement There should be a customer service number for one on one commutation. Going through email is like Stone Age. People are nice but I had listed the description of an item wrong, took four days to respond!

Best returns and easy to use After some research the second-hand values of old phones seemed to be the best on Glyde. The sales process has been easy for two iPhones so far. I have a third non-Apple phone that refuses to sell, but that's not Glyde's fault. Once I sell it, I'll spend my dollars and check out the buy side of Glyde.
