I have only had one transaction so far with Glyde,... I have only had one transaction so far with Glyde, and it is completely positive. Although the device I received from them was defective, I didn't realize it until 3 days after I had received it. They agreed to make an exception to their 48 hour term, and accepted it back. I will use them to get my next (hopefully non-defective) phone.

This was my first experience dealing with Glyde and... This was my first experience dealing with Glyde and the transaction was completely positive. I purchased a smart phone. Did have to consult "Customer Service" to answer some questions I had. The Customer Service rep. answered my email request almost immediately and gave prompt, courteous action to my concerns. My phone arrived in "Excellent" condition (as promised). 5 stars ... I have already sent my 2nd order for another product. Would highly recommend this company.
