I bought a game and a phone from this website and have... I bought a game and a phone from this website and have not been disappointed. The phone was almost 50$ cheaper than anywhere else I looked. The phone was an iPhone and the Apple ID was still linked to the original owner. But Christine from customer service was able to help. Within 24 hours I was able to activate my phone.

Even though there is no phone number to call for customer... Even though there is no phone number to call for customer service, I received prompt and very helpful service by email in returning an iPhone that arrived with damaged speakers. Thanks Christine! I would buy again from Glyde.

I just sold my iPod Touch 5G on Glyde I just sold my iPod Touch 5G on Glyde. It sold within 24 hours and I pocket $50 more than selling it on Gazelle. It does take quite awhile for them to send the shipping package because they constantly hound you to accept the sale. It is obvious I accept, I am trying to sell! It is one unnecessary step that would cut out delays. They send you the package with a return label, you drop it in the mail = very easy. I have only used Glyde once and with very positive... I have only used Glyde once and with very positive results. I listed a phone with them and they offered a suggested selling price. I lowered the price by about 15% and it sold within minutes. The questionaire regarding the product is very simple and straight forward. The whole process is based on trust in the integerity of the seller and buyer and gives the buyer 48 hours to verify that the product meets their expectations. I purchased an HTC One on Glyde that was listed as... I purchased an HTC One on Glyde that was listed as excellent condition. I was given an estimated arrival date and was told that I would have 48 hours to review the device. Unfortunately I was scheduled to be out of town the day the phone arrived. I contacted customer support and they were glad to work with me and allowed me to review the phone when I got back in town. I got a great phone from Glyde I got a great phone from Glyde. Unfortunately I had not realized that I could not take the phone with me overseas to use unlocked. However, I contacted Glyde to ask for a refund. They accidentally quoted me a higher refund price than they ought to have, and because of their mistake they gave me that higher refund. They were extremely honest, helpful, and focused on customer service throughout. An upstanding company that I will recommend to anyone in need of electronics that they offer.

I bought two iPhone 3GS phones I bought two iPhone 3GS phones. They came in 5 days well packaged and in excellent condition with all charging accessories. Glyde sent a couple of emails informing me when the packaging arrived at the seller, when the phones shipped, etc. I'll be in the market for an iPad soon and will definitely be looking to Glyde to find me one that I can afford.
