We bought a $5000+ engagement ring with a "lifetime warrantee". We brought in in every 6 months for check up and cleaning as required for the warrantee . After 2 years of wearing it, we noticed a small crack in the ring under the center $3000 diamond. We brought it in for service and repair. A few weeks later the diamond fell out because of the reason that we brought it in for repair. We brought it in to Gold and Diamond Source and we were told they would not cover it.
