The personnel (from owner, receptionist, technicians [in other words, at all levels]) were thorough, professional, friendly & communicated in a clear & comprehensive fashion. As a patient/client, I clearly felt they gave me their attention & provided a focused analysis of my situation, with no unnecessary pressure.
