I wish I had found GHH 20 years ago! I have had insomnia and stomach issues for so many years with no relief UNTIL I found Elsa and decided to just do everything she recommended. I love going to Golden Health Holistics. I mostly go there for their red light therapy sauna which is wonderful for your overall health and rejuvenation. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. If your conventional doctor can’t help you with whatever issue you have, go to Golden Health. They most likely can. Highly recommend!

I was recommended to Golden Health since I was diagnosed with Lyme and was told infrared Sauna would be helpful in detoxing. I had no idea how much they would end up helping me with figuring out my supplements and adding to my Lyme protocol.
