Gordon has been more than awesome. Before we even came out (or even met) he went around to just about every new home community in the East Valley to get us hard-copies of house plans and info and mailed them to us in Delaware. When I came out at the end of August last year (for work and for house hunting), I think we did over 40 houses over a long weekend. Gordon listed our home and sold it twice for a record price in the neighbourhood. After our first deal fell through due to buyers inability to get financing, Gordon got us another buyer within a few days for a higher price. Highly recommended this realtor, he is hardworking and a great marketer. Will be using him for a purchase in the future.
