Left for cost savings but found you really get what you pay for. They keep their bathrooms well maintained. Customer service needs improvement. Took 4 attempts to reach John over the course of several days. When i did finally reach him, sounded irritated and agitated. Going to stick it out and hope for the best for now.
been using them for our outdoor summer party for over 10 years and they were always the best. as of 2022, they made a change from 40ft to 20ft - leaving my potty in the front yard, not near the pool in my back yard. was given two options - leave it in the front or rcv a refund. should have taken the refund. this could have been clearly avoided during the booking - not bring up the day prior. shame on me for not reading the fine print. shame on them for not advising long term clients of the policy change.
