Other Please reconsider another facility before you put your loved one in this facility! CAUTION! Actually is a dangerous place for many of the residents especially if the potential resident has dementia. Many staff members are way too preoccupied with personal conversations on their private phones and at the nursing stations to be able to adequately take care of patients. I am a friend or relative of resident AVOID!! NOT RECOMMENDED! Grace is more concerned with how long can we keep you (how long will medicare pay) instead of rehabilitating the patient and getting him home as soon as possible! He was there for 2 1/2 weeks during that time it took them 5 days (and me throwing a huge fit) to start physical therapy (which is why he was sent there); several times they gave him insulin and never followed it up with food which caused his blood sugar to plummet; and failed to monitor his fluid intak... read more
