It was a pleasure working with such sweet and kind employees who wanted to give us the best options available, however, being that the process became a lot longer and tedious than intended, the communication was lacking a little during the wait time and left us perplexed since we had been submitting all necessary paperwork in a timely manner. I understand the majority of the wait was due to the investor but I think a little more communication to ease the anxiety would’ve helped a bit more.
