Ageadable y cómodo. Muy cerca de los parques Pudiesen hacerse algunas remodelaciones a las instalaciones. Pero en general nos agradó nuestra estancia La ubicación y la atención excelentes, no necesitamos el vehículo para ir a los parques y a downtown disney, por lo cerca que quedan, además de tener varias opciones de comida cerca. Las habitaciones super cómodas y limpias, tuvimos una estancia cómoda y agradable.

Great location for a Disneyland stay being directly across the street. The room layout with not ideal for two beds. There was literally a very small space to walk to the bathroom when entering the room. Room would be better served with one bed. Did not like being right next to the laundry room of the facility as the workers hung out right outside my room a lot. Avoid room 182 if that kind of stuff bothers you. We had an awesome time at this hotel Staff wasn’t honest about why we had no water and couldn’t flush the toilet at first for several hours but when pressed , in the end did refund our whole day for our 2 rooms Location. Pool. Comfortable beds. Enough closet space. Could see fireworks every night

Good location, weird vibes. The room was clean, but the windows were gross and there was a hair on the bed that did not belong to me or my partner. Walking to the facility was kind of dirty and parking was messy, as well as charging $20 for parking at a place I’m already spending money on. We ended up leaving the day we got there because something about the stay felt… off. Staff did not smile or speak with any sense pleasantry. Clean, comfortable and close! No cleaning service, just towel change and garbage dumping. Clean,updated room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice pool area with plenty of lounge chairs. Very short walk to the parks allowing for easy break/cool down time. Front desk staff were pleasant and professional and went out of their way to accommodate my wishes.
