Disfuté cada minuto Podría mejorar la atención al cliente yo no tuve problemas pero a mí llegada una señora estaba reclamando algo y siento que no supieron dar respuesta. La ubicación es perfecta para ir caminando a los parques de Disney, tiene muchos restaurantes alrededor y a un costado a unas 2 cuadras hay un pequeño mall.
Overall a great stay. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Cleaning carts made a lot of noise on concrete walk ways. Clean renovated room with fridge & Microwave. Nice pool area. Close to restaurants and most importantly could walk to Disneyland.

Quick trip to Disneyland. It was a quick stay as we joined other family members who were already at Disneyland. Everything was quick and comfortable.
Highly recommended, will stay here again Did not experience anything we did not like. Maybe our room was quite far from the actual street going to Disneyland but not really an issue. Heard issues about the tower were there's a bar on the roof top but I saw a signage somewhere that events up there are scheduled now for guests with kids to sleep a bit earlier I may be wrong. First time to stay in this hotel for Disneyland with 2 toddlers. Just less than 10 minute walk to Disneyland, right across the street, room was clean, bed... read more
