Wonderful •Our room phone was disconnected. And the day when I checked in, I asked to check at the front desk. The time was too late, so they told me they will ask maintenance members tomorrow. But the next day, the next day, they didn't come to our room and fix it. So in the morning we checked out, I told them again and a maintenance guy came and fixed it. He told me the front desk didn't ask him until today. I know their service isn't perfect. But it's just trouble for those who are staying. •The room door for the bathroom... read more

Ageadable y cómodo. Muy cerca de los parques Pudiesen hacerse algunas remodelaciones a las instalaciones. Pero en general nos agradó nuestra estancia La ubicación y la atención excelentes, no necesitamos el vehículo para ir a los parques y a downtown disney, por lo cerca que quedan, además de tener varias opciones de comida cerca. Las habitaciones super cómodas y limpias, tuvimos una estancia cómoda y agradable.

Great location for a Disneyland stay being directly across the street. The room layout with not ideal for two beds. There was literally a very small space to walk to the bathroom when entering the room. Room would be better served with one bed. Did not like being right next to the laundry room of the facility as the workers hung out right outside my room a lot. Avoid room 182 if that kind of stuff bothers you. We had an awesome time at this hotel Staff wasn’t honest about why we had no water and couldn’t flush the toilet at first for several hours but when pressed , in the end did refund our whole day for our 2 rooms Location. Pool. Comfortable beds. Enough closet space. Could see fireworks every night
