Was nice to be so close to the park entrance and staff was very pleasant. Too noisy I got a handicap room but it was next to the stairs and elevator so very noisy area.

Front desk team was great! professional, friendly and very responsive and patient. Sherry? I didn’t write down their I wish you had waters and snacks available for purchase in the lobby. although we did find the little convenience store in the front later on. location was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Great location, less than 10 minutes walk to the gates at Disney. Beds were comfortable, not too firm. Good water pres Rooms were not ready at 3:00 check-in time. At 3:15, we were told they were ready. When we got to the rooms, one room was ready but in the second room, the housekeeper had just started. it was another 30 minutes before it was ready. No vent fans in bathroom. Location directly across from Disneyland
