Magical! What can I say? This is by far the best hotel in Anaheim for the Disney goer, and Donovan at the front desk as well as Freddie, the manager, made our trip even more special. The best customer service, the nicest staff, clean rooms, comfy beds and the easiest walk to the action. Parking is so easy and the restaurant on property is amazing. We will never stay anywhere else. Thank you, we will be back!

My stay was short, but sweet with friendly staff and beautiful accomodations. Signage for the lobby and checking-in wasn't very clear. The location was why I first looked to book and it was perfect.

Over the road from Disneyland We had very noisy neighbours. An Alarm went off in the neighbouring room which woke us up shortly after midnight. Clearly nobody was there to turn it off and it continued for over 10 minutes. Staff at the hotel advised that they could not enter the neighbouring room for privacy reasons. The Alarm.continued for about 30.minutes until the guests arrived back to the room and thought it was hilarious. Once they settled down we slept fine.
