Comfort home type feeling Nothing was great not one bad thing to say about it. The property was clean and kept up. The staff made me and my family so welcome always a hello and goodbye with a smile. Had fruit/veggie infused water and my kids loved it, and was even all decorated for Halloween was definitely a comfort feeling. The staff gets 10/10!!

Good Asked for connecting rooms 3 times before we came and early check in and rollaway bed. Got there and were told was connecting and the rooms were not. Had to move. No rollaway bed was delivered. Watched us get on the wrong elevator and did not stop us trying to get to our room. Gave no directions though. Ran out of coffee in lobby. Rooms were not ready even though we asked for early check in. Everything was overall great. I enjoyed our stay. There is nothing for me to dislike, everything was great. I like how the hotel is super close to the Disneyland park. We just have to cross and the park is right there. Also how theirs always people around at all times and it is just lively outside.
