Great Place, Great People The people here were helpful and friendly. From my super salesman Arvin, who educated me on all the features and listened to my nerdy stories during the test drive, to the delivery man who took the time to make sure I knew how to sync my phone before I left, I appreciate all of your help.

Great Car Buying Experience This is the second vehicle that I have bought from Grand Prairie Ford. I scheduled an appointment with Reyna I’m sales and she helped me locate the vehicle promptly after arrived. After a test drive and a thorough explanation of all the bells and whistles from Reyna, we work with Jeremy from find the best terms for my budget. The entire experience exceeded my expectations and I plan on retiring to the dealership when it is time to buy my next vehicle.

Staff was nice to speak to. An issue that I had was the fact that the dealership was not willing to come down at all on the price of the vehicle. Other than that, the staff was pleasant to speak to. The manager did not introduce himself or speak to me.
