Great! Jackie Mercer is Awesome! Jackie Mercer brings me back every time! He’s a Great person! He works hard for the customer! He is friendly & personable! He is the best salesman I have ever dealt with!
Experience was very pleasant Our experience was great sales rep was very professional and got is into exactly what we wanted! Very pleased in all staff. Very clean and organized. Had popcorn and a drink during sales process.
Great Customer Service! Derick was an awesome Salesman! Definitely recommending him to my family / friends! Over all experience was great, cleanliness of the truck, friendliness of employees, prices are neutral!
No Fuss, Just trust! My Ford Edge gave out on me 2day. I was not in the market for a new car, but found myself in NEED of one. Gabriel kept within my price range and got me into a vehicle that not only I could afford, but also liked! Everyone was friendly and I wasn’t at a dealership for hours like I had been in the past! I would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a car!
Fantastic Got a good truck and the sales people were great would recommend Grand Prairie Ford to everybody they treated me right and got a good deal
Getting what we needed We were in need of a vehicle for my father. He was unable to get into a truck (a truck is what he wanted) easily. Ron recommended a Ford Edge. This worked very well for my father.
