From the first contact with Lachlan at Grange, I've felt informed, involved and in control of the experience. There is no problem or obstacle that isn't met with a positive, can-do approach and Lachlan always went the extra mile to make the process feel personal to us, and not just another client (even doing things on a Sunday!). I will definitely be using Grange again.

We had a fantastic experience with Grange Mortgage from the start to finish. Craig Whitmore is a great adviser, he looked after us and did a great job on finding us the best mortgage offer out there, especially in this very challenging times. Not only that, even after the mortgage offer was accepted and agreed on, he kept on checking and updating our mortgage offer as the rates started going down.
