The entire staff is caring, lets you know the progress and very informative with health insurance(s) and such. They handled all the paperwork thus relieving you of that stress as well. They go beyond the services that they offer and even set up with aftercare.
They will take your ID, food stamps cards and your phone and not give it back. I’ve called and left several messages and not one person answers the phone or returns calls so I’m just gonna assume what my brother told me is true and they in fact have taken his stuff and refuse to give it back. Ive already made several complaints to the AG, Carefirst and DES.
