Hi have been with Nancy for many years. She is very good.
Very disappointed to find out after our cleaning you no longer accepted our insurance coverage. We moved to your office last year because you told us you DID accept our insurance. To drop our insurance company should have been explained before the cleaning not after. If we had been advised we would have found a different dentist. When and if I get a bill I will contact the consumer protection administration and get them involved with issue. I called to make an appointment they asked for my insurance information. I provided the information over the phone, and was told that they accept my insurance. I was then sent forms to fill out and Docusign. All information was given again regarding insurance and health questions. The day of my appointment I arrived and was asked for my insurance card, I provided my insurance card. And much to my surprise, I was told they do not accept my insurance. First, John Drew is excellent, period. Had a hygienist there for a decade or more. She was wonderful and she retired. New hygienist, most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. And that’s saying a lot. The hygienist used a different technique, the name of which escapes me, to scrape the teeth. It was quicker and it was painful.
