No one does it better….. that’s a false statement bay county is a small town and you cant always get away with doing people wrong. Ryan, we care deeply for our community and would never try to do anyone wrong. There was a miscommunication but all issues have been handled and made right with the customer.
I pay around $100 with my discount each time I get my oil changed. Just found out that my battery is not maintenence free when it died because of a dry cell. Isnt that part of your list? Why do I pay you to be bad at your job?

As part of oil your oil change we typically will clean up the battery terminals if they are dirty and test the battery but other battery services would not be automatically included in the service.
