The sales process, communication and install was all fine. We had to wait a couple of months for the bay window done by a third party. When finally received, we and the installers saw a defect in the weather stripping which should have been caught at the factory, or at some point prior to delivery. They had to come back to repair/replace it which took another few weeks. However, we love all of our new windows despite having to wait and deal with those issues.

Great sales rep. Communication from start to finish was great. Small issue near the completion of the project and the crew was back the next day making it right! If I ever build a new house, my enclosure would surly be with this company.

It has been a year that our patio enclosure was completed. I love it and never think twice now about the money that we used. The extra room to our home is so welcoming and draws in the outside. We have had no concerns!

I love my sunroom! I couldn't be more pleased with Great Day Improvements/Patio Enclosures. ---The sales rep helped me design a great space. He answered all my questions courteously and professionally. The installer was superb, again very courteous and professional. Stanek Windows removed and replaced our Large Bay Window. All aspects of the job were performed very professionally and expertly. The large center window cracked shortly after installation. The window was replaced with out any hassle. Would HIGHLY recommend Stanek Windows to anyone looking to any window replacement work done

Sales person came well-prepared and didn't "hard sell" the product, but made sure our questions were answered and that our new front entry door was the right one for us and our house. Installer, ****, was efficient and attentive to details. His management of the construction area and final clean-up was commendable. We would use them again.
