There were a couple of issues with the assembly team; however, my Customer Advocate Monica and Supervisor (?) **** took extraordinary care in making sure I was completely satisfied in the end. It's a great addition to my home and I plan to enjoy it thoroughly in the future.

Their design consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful in making sure I was informed about the quality of their products and explained in detail what the best financial plan worked best for me. I never felt pressured or compelled to make a decision and at some point I will move forward with the project that was designed for my patio enclosure.
