I had an appointment at Great Expressions for a cleaning in ****************** *******. Although I have never had periodontal problems the hygienist told me I need treatment with trays and ***************** gel right away. He implied there were also antibiotics in the gel but there is not. He was very high pressure, never cleaned my teeth and I was charged $648. Great expressions in ************************ is a big joke. They **** with customer service and I think they try and do insurance fraud because my daughter has dental insurance and they have tried to send her a bill to have her pay for her cleaning multiple times and they have gotten paid through the insurance company and now she had an appointment and they expected her to pay upfront for her service without even going through the insurance company first I hope this gets to the right person

Really bad service..!!The receptionist lady - ******** called me.They rescheduled my first appointment saying my old x-rays are not valid. Later scheduled me for next month and called a week ago to tell me that they have only one doctor and he is on vacation on the scheduled day. They ask me to reschedule for another month. So for one appointment, they asked to wait for more than 2 months. I ended up giving up on them and decided to never consider them.

I had a horrible experience with both ************* I was informed by staff that they would process a refund for Dentures that Were purchased less then 24hrs. I was assured by staff that I would receive a refund within 2-3 weeks from the date requested. I waited the 3 weeks and did not receive any check. Took my son for 4 tooth extraction . I know I had to lay out of pocket . Management told me that some labs needs to be done and will be covered by insurance . Surprise !!!the lab sent me a bill of 600$ saying it is not covered !!!So when doing any procedure at great expression!!do not sign anything until you are sure that you know what you are paying for !! Management have no skills !!! Trying people like a number !

My daughter missed appointment due to the fact that my grandmother passed away and then they banned my daughter and son they messed up her caps they put on her teeth then said she is no longer welcome I don't understand why they did that but the doctor is very rude and mean to children they have attitudes even when you are speaking to them nice

This office is a preferred provider under my insurance however they failed to timely bill my insurance so the claim is was not paid and they threatened to send me to collections for their error. Do not use them unless you want to pay for insurance and the services.

Over the past year and a half, I have been subjected to poor clinical recommendations, painful devices, and a complete lack of follow-through or accountability from both the treating provider (Dr. ****** and the clinics staff.After discussing options for my TMJ symptoms with Dr. ****** she recommended switching from my Vivera retains to an NTI device. ****** would like to file a complaint about Great Expression dental. in Port St Lucie and Jenson Beach offices and ***** .I started out in PSL OFFICE to have my Right molar tooth extracted. in March of 2025. the dentist was unable to remove it he tried and broke the tooth. now I was given an appointment n Jenson beach office.
