I love the Dentist and hygienist team but the staff is awful. They are rude and zero cooperative. I booked my appointment 4 months ago, my hubby confirmed it two weeks ago. I received a message in Sunday asking to confirm which I did. Today at 9 am, i received a text saying my appointment is confirm for tomorrow. Two hours after I received a call saying there is a clash and they need to change my appointment to Thursday at 3 or until Aug. I don’t understand what’s going on here. I saw Dr. Michalowski once, and thought highly of him, but the staff has been so awful to deal with that I don’t see how I can go back when things are like this. Horrible ordeals multiple times trying to get my x-rays, and I’m just following the rules of what they tell me, but they are rude and uncooperative.
