False accusations against me that was wrote on a report because nobody wants to hear the truth I am at home meaning two back confusion one neck fusion, and I have only been offered one Vicodin a day and all the pain that I am in. They are absolutely just trying to make my life as miserable as possible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dying dog.

I received conflicting information about services available/provided. I felt gaslighted by provider when she claimed to not make a statement claiming services were available to me only to find out they are NOT as I live in midland county
