Did great. Will definitely be back. Can’t wait for one to be opened in Bad Ace
Had great nursing staff. Personnel in respiratory therapy, and other departments were great. They were very conscientious. The food was good and tasty. Housekeeping could use some work, didn’t show up much, like not at all some days.
The Dr. was wonderful. Has a positive attitude, caring, direct, and very professional. However, the person who took my blood pressure was very passive aggressive. She smiled, seemed to be calm and professional and she took my blood pressure’ but after waiting a few minutes longer than usual, I asked when the Dr would be coming she answered “in a few minutes”, but then I overheard her say sarcastically, “We run this”. I love how well I am treated by everyone. My NP is just so patient & caring. She seems to really care about my health. She ask a lot of questions. The nurse who drew my blood (5 viles) did such a good job. I experienced zero pain. My first receptionist he/him was so friendly & efficient. My second receptionist (after seeing Dr. gave her a slip I was given. I didn’t know it was for another appt.) was kinda short w/ me. Not very friendly. I was confused with what she was saying & she became impatient.
