Dr Duncan and his assistant was amazing both times I came in within three days apart! I have high anxiety and panic with the dentist and have a lot of allergies, with that being said they both were very understanding and very knowledgeable of why and dr explained and made me comfortable with his explanation and knowledge! Very patient and helpful dr and assistant!
I have always been very anxious going to the dentist. This time I have to say that I was very relaxed and comfortable with the care I received. Both Ladies were very patient with me and took time to put me at ease. They made sure that I was totally at ease with the care they provide me. Thank you so much. It is greatly appreciated.
The dentist’s there are trained under the supervision of professional dentists. The dentist working on me was doing good but needed the assistance of another. I’m still recovering from the two teeth that were extracted. I’m sorry but no pictures are allowed. The people are very professional at their jobs. It’s simply amazing how far the X-ray has come. Every thing is digital now. Now they use a gel Novocain to numb the area first before the injection.
Usually my experience has been good but lately it has been poor. Getting an appointment is difficult, they keep cancelling and rescheduling. The receptionist that takes the calls this last time refused to even listen to me and when I finally got in, it was only for x-rays not the filling and cleaning they told me would happen when I made the appointment. Their excuse was they lost a lot of their staff who quit their jobs. I actually can not recommend them at this time, hopefully they can restructure their staff and get back ... read more
Have been nervous about going to the dentist, was introduced to Dr.Vanfleteren and now I’ve been back for multiple appointments in just a weeks time. You’re in and out with no pain. Dr.V has tons of patience, good at lightening the mood and his usual assistant Kathy rocks!!! Definitely recommend!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
