I like how they explain everything, and always are very pleasant!
Appt. was 9/9/25 @ 11:00am Dentist was knowledgeable and pleasant as was dental assistant. Procedure went well with no pain. Had pain at excision site later that evening but took Tylenol and Motrin like instructed and it took care of pain.Pain not completely gone yet but nothing I can’t handle. Have been going to this dental office for almost 8 years now. I really have never found a better dental office in my 52 years of life.

Professionalism of ALL the staff is top notch every-time! Dr Kohner is confident in her approach as she listens & helps problem solve new facets for my autoimmune health journey & my caretaking role of my 82 year old mother. Plus thanks to blood draw staff of Wendy and now the new young lady, every month blood draws was exhausting & now only quarterly!! The all around wellness approach has helped my disease go from 6-8 months to live is Jan 2014 to still here in 2025!!! Thanks
I had a slip and fall in my shower last Friday. I was very very sore, but brushed it off. Within 2 days I was in excruciating pain. I was thrilled that I was able to be seen the next day. I was referred to a newer ER. Everything was done promptly, however the Doctor/ Radiologist said that I was fine. No chip, no fracture! I continued with severe pain and called “Bayside”…former name for current facility. They got me in the following day. I was still in severe pain. The NP gave me a prescription for pain. Exceptional ,, check in was easy and smooth , the nurse who asked the questions before the doctor visit was great doctor Melissa answered all my questions and was very easy to talk to. Very thorough
Mckenzie did great she is a great asset to great lakes and it would be a shame to lose her for any reason!!
