Without a doubt, this guy cares. He is knowledgeable about Great Lakes Home Remodeling roof products, informed about roofing obviously through experience, and educated in the process from start to finish. The guarantee and product quality are top notch. He made us feel comfortable, and his presentation was excellent. No pressure. We were able ... read more

They redid the roof and the windows on my home and completely changed the look. The metal roofing is almost indistinguishable from a regular shingle. The biggest difference are the giant windows. The living room feels so much larger than before and the view is incredible. Would highly recommend.

I had great lakes, replace my roof and my gutters. The salesman was very informative. They reached out to me ahead of scheduling my job. Things went exactly as they described. Excellent communication. My roof was done in a day, and a separate crew came out two days later to do my gutters. My roof and gutters look great, and the whole experience was a good one.

I got several quotes and decided to go with Great Lakes for a metal roof. I have the best house on the block now. They had the best warranty out of the other companies that came out. They were half the price of another roofing company that offers metal roofing. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!
Business response:
