Great Lakes Home Remodeling brought a new look to my home with the asphalt look alike metal roof called Stone Coated Metal Roof! My husband and I really enjoyed the presentation and felt the investment was invaluable. I've dealt with a lot of companies over the years, Great Lakes was probably my best overall experience from beginning to end. My metal roof was started and completed the same day, Completely blown away with how well everything went. I would highly recommend A++

Door knocker promised one year duration for quote, sales manager and his worker kept trying to make us sign same day and got angry when we wouldn't. They took multiple calls outside and came back with smaller and smaller numbers... One time was 12k lower for a supposed bulk shingle order savings with another home. Our total shingle order retail cost would be 4k for the number of squares quoted. They tried saying our roof decking was full of mold and we were endangering ourselves (not true). Do not use Great Lakes, do not fall for the appointment for a free estimate. They call and canceled / reschedule appointments 4 different times. We've came home from work early and canceled our plans because they were suppose to be coming. Time to find someone else to install new siding on my house, do not trust Great Lakes! You can't trust a company to get the job done if they can't even show up to give you an estimate.

Buyer be very aware! I signed with Great Lakes roofing on 4/22. I told my sales rep I still wanted to get more quotes and he assured me I had up until the day of the install to cancel and not to worry. I signed a contract with them for $******. A couple days later, my other two quotes came in for $****** and $****** for comparable work and product. These companies had much better reviews. 1st appointment I was forced to reschedule because my husband wouldnt be there or they would forego my business.2nd appointment that I was forced to make, salesperson didnt show up. I CALLED, not them and their solution was to send their manager because he could give me better deals than anyone else could.
