I have moved many times prior to this but always "forced" my family to help me. This was the first move I have ever done by myself and I was very nervous about hiring a moving company to help me facilitate. Found company on Home Advisors with five star ratings and view of reviews. Robert was first initial contact regarding the services provided. He is very professional and explains each step. Amazed the first quote of dates were actually the ones performed. Jennifer in office sent text and walked me through site to use of payments for service. We hired Great Nation after a horrific experience with a scam moving broker. Our experience talking with Rose was nothing short of a miracle. She reassured us over and over. She checked in at each step. When Elmer, Diego and Domingo arrived, they were professional and efficient. They were so nice and took great care of our belongings. They also checked in from the time they left Pennsylvania to the time they reached Kentucky. I would hire them again in a minute!

Considering we moved in the middle of a pandemic they took every precaution to ensure proper procedures were followed so that we all felt comfortable. The team was great! Moved from PA to VA in the midst of COVID-19. The price was as quoted, there was no drama. Also, the price was much less (almost half) of what another company quoted. The woman in the front office, Rose, was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with on the phone. They wore masks, they were professional, pick-up time was when promised, and they worked efficiently. Our moving experience with Great Nation Moving was excellent. They were efficient, communicative and professional. They showed up on time and worked meticulously until everything was packed on the truck. We were impressed to find that all of our belongings were intact upon drop-off with no broken items! Highly recommend!
Great Nation did an awesome job - all our furniture, pictures, mirrors, etc. survived a trip of close to 700 miles with only a couple of minor marks. This company only moves one household at a time. They don't come with a semi and two or three other households to unload. They loaded it in Seymour, TN on Saturday and were in Harrison, Michigan on Monday afternoon to unload. They are a great company.
