We took our rabbit here for a nail trim, this morning. The exotics vet they have is phenomenal. He was giving her a hard time because he is not, by any means, a small rabbit, but she was patient and careful with him. She is apparently a rabbit owner herself and was very kind to us. I'm not sure which employees people are referring to in the terrible reviews on here...the women at the front desk were fine to us, and the vet tech who helped hold our bun for a while was very sweet. The nicest most caring people. I don't trust just anyone with my Payners but the crew at Pope are top notch!! They always answer our questions and do the best to comfort any concerns we have. Love them
