Took two hours just for an x-ray…
Was trying to schedule an appointment to have fillings done. The office took all of my information and refused to schedule a second appointment. I offered to come in and pay the 20% deposit and they didn’t want me to come in because of Covid. I offered to send my x-rays and they didn’t want to take x-rays from another office that I saw within 30 days. The “office manager” didn’t listen and just cut me off. PLEASE READ!!! I originally went to Great Smiles of La Mesa June of last year (2018). I had over $7,000 worth of work done. I used Care Credit and quickly paid off the entire balance. Last week, I had an emergency tooth issue and thought I could trust this dentist so I went in to get it fixed.
