RecommendedVFVF hired Greek movers to deliver furniture for six veterans to their Riverside apartments. We found them to be very professional and did the job promptly. I'm glad I had not read all the previous reviews, as I might have hesitated. All I can say is the team that did our work was excellent. I definitely would hire this company again.
As a former mover myself, I was highly impressed with the speed, care, and fair pricing.
Greek Movers were freaking amazing. it would of taken us about 3 or 4 hours and they did it in less than 20 minutes. They were kind and helpful. They provided their cards. They even put my furniture in place and untaped everything for me. I never had such a great experience with movers before. Also none of my things were damaged. I give them five stars!!!!!!!
What would you do if your moving company screws up your moving date and no one is showing up on moving day? Well, I had the biggest meltdown to date the day after Christmas thinking there is no way we can find a moving company to come help us move that same day over 200 miles. Moving is tough, but when you combine it with splitting a family it is even more difficult. Thankfully, the Greek Movers showed up on time, were able to assess the situation( it was a disaster), keep it light, and move everything as asked. I even had some changes that needed to be made and they were able to accommodate me. They were sweet, polite, hard-working, and definitely the type of young men you would trust your belongings to or even allow to date your daughter! They are strong, professional, and very punctual. I do staging so my stuff has to be handled with care. They are my go to muscle. I know my install will be a success when they are on board. God bless you all and thanks for all the great work!
Don't hire these guys if you need good help. They complained about how much stuff I had. When I asked them to help me move my plants too they refused. They said the rain had soaked the pots which were now too heavy to move. They said the dirt would go out of the pots and be all over the truck. There was still a lot of room in the truck, so this was not the reason for refusal. Me and my son had to go rent a Uhaul truck with a ramp the next day, and pay about $100 more in order to bring the plants to my place. I am 61 and I wa... read more
Used this company over memorial weekend. Guys were pretty good moving everything, until they made a hole in our home that has just sold. And 3 other scratches on the wall and broke some things as well. Hate to see what we will find in our storage. But figured it happens a lot of work right! Until they promise to come the next day to finish patching the wall. Called Peter the guy in charge, he did not follow through like a good business man. Passed on info to Relaters and word of mouth goes a long way. Be careful people
Greek Movers is the most unprofessional company that I’ve ever worked with one of their employees was super lazy to slow down the entire work. What makes matters worse is that a piece extra to have them assemble my mothers bead and when my 74-year-old mother was on the bed the mattress fell through because they didn’t assembled it properly. So when I contacted Peter about this he said he was gonna return my call on Tuesday it is now Thursday and I still haven’t received any phone call and I was just told to F off by Peter. ... read more
