Craig is a genius! When I realized that I had a serious water problem happening, I immediately called Craig Poindexter who quickly assessed what needed to be done to stabilize my problem. His instructions were clear which relieved the immediate dilemma. He came when he said he would and put me at ease. I told Craig I was sure the problem was coming from the roof. I had a shingle loose on my roof from the spring storms. I called to have the roof inspected. Craig came out and found the roof was in good shape except the one shingle. He fixed it and resealed all the vents. I was impressed with his thoroughness. Thank you, Green Phoenix!

Getting ready to possibly hire Craig and his team to do some work for us due to the damage done by the father's day storm. I had a garage leaning at a good 20% angle from the hurricane force winds. Roof is probably jacked up as well. My brother in law is in an integrated business says these guys are probably the best. Can't give them a rating yet of course since no work has been done, but just the tips from Craig on my initial conversation may have swayed the balance when dealing with State Farm. The Green Phoenix team went above and beyond on getting the shingle manufacturer to honor their blow off guarantee for my roof. The Green Phoenix team handled all the paperwork and follow up to get this done which would normally be handled by the homeowner. The manufacturer paid to replace all hip and ridge shingles at no cost to me.

I was very well pleased with Mr Poindexter and his crew from Green Phoenix. They were prompt and got the job done in one day as promised. They cleaned up when they were finished and you couldn’t tell that I had had a new roof put on. . Mr Poindexter is a man of his word. He explained things to me thoroughly. He came by several times in the day to see that things were being done right. I highly recommend Green Phoenix Roofing.

We had our entire roof and gutters replaced. The whole operation took less than 3 days. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves each day. I have them coming back to do some addition remodeling for us. Recoomend them..... YES!

I have used Green Phoenix multiple times over the past several years and have never been disappointed in the outcome. Fencing, door replacement, guttering, and French drains.
