it is very good and it has helped me out in losing some of the baby fat that i have gained from my chemical pregnancies as well and also helps me with my depression and anxiety, also since taking it my husband has seen a big change in my attitude as well so yes i would recommend this to anyone i know thanks green tea hp for giving me hope again😉
I love these teas! I was spending anywhere from $5-$9 on coffee drinks depending on where I went and what size I got. These teas are affordable and they dont make me feel sluggish like my Starbucks/Java coffee would. And since you put them in water it forces me to drink at least on bottle of water a day. The girls there (Kayla, Lauren, and Maddie) are so sweet and very knowledgeable about the products!
