We've been clients for almost 10 years and have loved the staff. Last year the worst happened and we had to bring our beloved Jasper in to be put to rest. Dr. Dellinger was understanding, empathic, and extremely kind and made a horrible situation as comfortable as possible. Clients for life.

One of the vet techs Kim Y, was extremely rough with my dog — visibly agitated and impatient because my dog was fearful of being at the vet office, and trying to hide behind me while the tech was trying to swab his ear. She was forcefully yanking at him in his prong collar, right in front of me. My dog is a gentle giant and it was hard to watch. I brought my dog here for care of a nasty absess in Nov of 2021. It seems the basics were done and we were charged the fees and rushed out the door. The proper care was not given to my dog. As a result her wound was not healing and I tried to rebook her a follow up and was told they would have to upcharge me for fitting me in. I decided to try a different vet where she will be borded during our upcoming vacation. The new vet clinic advised me that her absess should have been lanced and cleaned out which it wasn't.
