Scott and his crew were very polite and specific when explaining the service they would provide, and the costs involved. They also kept me informed of when I should see the effects of the applications they applied. Although two previous BIG NAME companies failed with poor service or out right neglect ion, Greener Grass Organic, got the job done right and at a better cost. My lawn was in desperate need of care and today I am proud of how green and weed free it truly is. Thank you!
I used to equate 'organic' with 'expensive' - that is NOT the case with these guys. Greener Grass is actually less than what I was used to spending with my previous service. Our lawn looks great and since everything is natural it isn't seeing the chemical fatigue you get with other services. The lawn is healthy -- so it just looks great. Service is excellent and the team is very responsive if you have any questions. Highly recommended!
Ups and downs with this company. Customer service was great, but we had some miscommunication about what the “organic” actually meant. Someone said one thing, paid for two treatments... my moss was dead. I was told originally that wouldn’t happen. They also said it would kill the plantain, which was the reason I wanted to use them. RecommendedWe’ve had the same company servicing our lawn for 3 years, Rankin Lawn Care. This year, yes we had a drought, it was hot... but our lawn was chemically burnt. We called, someone came out to checkout the lawn. We then received a phone call stating it was due to sun and the drought (but you see the amazing green grass around and lots that don’t get treatments look better than ours) and wanting to charge us $250 to aerate and overseed 🤨 needless to say we CANCELED our services with Rankin. RecommendedWe started with Greener Grass this past spring after going nearly 2 years without any treatments because of a poor experience with our previous company. If your idea of a good time is putting $2800 into your yard and then having a lawn company come out and kill it, THIS IS the company for you!!! We had them come out and put a crabgrass killer on the lawn and now it’s killing all of our grass!! They RUINED our yard and killed our morning glories!!! 10/10 DO NOT use them!!! Grass has to use photosynthesis’s to grow yes? Well our grass isn’t anymore and it’s all going to die!
Lawn is still full of crab grass after 3 treatments.
