As far as education and therapy this facility is great, a lot of the TA's and nursing staff are awful. They are understaffed and outsourcing nurses from agencies that are not up to speed on the operation of things. The TA's are on a power trip and there is a blanket of anxiety over the clients here. Med lines are easily 1-2 hours long. The meals are done well and there are amazing staff members here, but changes need to happen.
