Overall experience has been great. The staff is excellent and very courtesy. The rooms could use some serious maintenance. For the amount of money that is charged here, the facilities could be much better! I enjoyed sitting down with others in our group and exchanging information. My counselor was awesome along with our group. I think it is unfair for those whose insurance are willing to pay for a longer stay. We are held here as long as insurance pays.
